The Rice Sock Penis Warm Up

Natural exercise is the preferred method of enlargement for a growing number of men. It’s rising popularity is a true testament that the penis really can be made larger without any type of surgery or pills.

This simple process allows the ligaments, skin, blood vessels etc, to be loosened up and stretched to prevent injury. Plus, it also gets more blood pumped into the penis which is necessary for some of the exercises.

There are many different ways to perform the warm up and warm down. Some men take a shower or have a bath and do their workout at the same time.

While other men have used the rice sock method. It’s fast and effective and the dry moisture helps to focus the warmth around the whole genital area, warming the tissues up and making them more pliable and ready for exercise.

So, how do you make a rice sock?

⦁ Find an old, reasonably large sock (without holes in it).

⦁ Fill the sock to about 3/4 with rice. Brown or white, it makes no difference.

⦁ Tie the sock at the end using either a knot, a piece of string or an elastic band.

⦁ Place your new rice sock in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

You’ll need to experiment here, because you don’t want the sock too hot!

⦁ Next, encircle the rice sock around your whole unit and leave it there for at least 5 minutes.

⦁ Do this warm up before starting your exercises, and after you’ve finished.
