How to Jelq Guide: Instructions to Improve Penis Length and Width
Penis massage is a form of therapy that has been employed across the world since the beginning of recorded human history. The term most commonly used for massage of the penis for health benefits is Jelqing or Jelquing and this term is known to have come from either the Middle East or Africa in ancient times. Jelquing is a specific type of penis massage and although there are others it continues to be one of the favourite ones worldwide because of its ease and convenience.
The medical reasons that jelquing works is based on sound biological principals. If you were to look inside a penis you would see that it is a lot like a sponge in composition. Tissues form a hollow matrix which is known as the Corpora Cavernosa. When the penis becomes erect these tissues are filled with blood and it is this that gives the penis its size, shape and firmness. If these cells are not properly stimulated they can become blocked at the entrance and blood can no longer get in.
Blockages like this can occur when the penis is not in the erect state regularly or if it hasn’t been for a long time. The process of jelquing releases the blockages allowing all the blood to enter the tissue matrix. If you do this medical massage on a daily basis, more and more blood will pour into the tissues and your penis will become more and more engorged as it get used to the bigger capacity.
How to Jelq
Jelquing like all other forms of massage requires practice and confidence. The movement needs to be firm and steady and you will probably benefit from some lubrication beforehand to ensure that the massage is as fluid as possible. It is important to note that you need to get a good rhythm going as you practise this massage and you need to decide over the first couple of sessions whether you do that better using just one or both hands.
The actual movement needed for this penis massage requires that you get your penis erect before rubbing the sort of massage oils onto it that are safe to use on genitalia. Simple almond oil should suffice unless you have an allergy to nuts. Do not, if possible, use scented oils as they can cause irritation to the penis and the surrounding genitalia. If you can’t use almond oil you might like to look at the special sensual massage oil available at drug stores and see if you can find one suitable.
There is an added benefit to using the oil during the massage process and this is that it makes the skin around the penis stronger and suppler. This can help protect the sensitive skin there from tearing during intercourse. When you are first learning how to Jelq you must be sure to practise slowly at first and always when your penis is in the erect position. It is like massaging all the other parts of your body you are looking for slow deep tissue massage and it will take a while to master the technique.
Once your penis is erect and slippery grip the bottom of the shaft with just your thumb and one other finger, the idea is to form a ring at the base of the shaft that is secure but not too tight, you are applying firm but gently pressure here. Now slowly bring the ring you have created from the base of the shaft right up to the top of the shaft where the glans are situated and release.
You then repeat the procedure which is why it is often preferred to use two hands as while one hand is moving up the shaft the other can be at the bottom ready to start the next stroke. It is worth noting here that if you do choose to use both hands you are likely to have a more effective massage as you can be sure of stimulating both sides of the penis. If you just use one hand you have the possibility that one part will not get enough pressure or be reached properly which could cause blockages and further problems in that area.
You need to continue this massage for a while, maybe only fifteen minutes to start working up to about thirty minutes a day when you are used to it. If possible it is a good idea to finish the massage with an ejaculation as this can help you cleanse and replenish your sperm regularly.
You have to pay special attention here; this is not an Olympic sport, so please keep the motion slow and steady as you really do not want to run the risk of causing yourself an injury.
Note Well
If you are trying the massage on the second day and you feel that something is wrong, maybe your penis is painful, sore or achy it is a good idea to stop the massage for a while. You may have over done it on you previous massage and it may need time to heal. If the pain doesn’t get any better it could indicate a worse injury so be sure to seek medical help.
